By placing an order you agree to the following terms
Definitions
- Seller – The owner of the website (ESIKS)
- Buyer – The person or organization placing the order
- Goods/Services – The products ordered
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order completion.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed and no items will be shipped.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer.
Free USA shipping offers apply only within the continental United States.
If an item is lost in transit → full refund (item + shipping).
If an item is damaged in transit → seller is not responsible.
Refund / Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Buyer must request RMA via email sales@esiks.com or customer account.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Not all items are returnable.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before payment is processed. After payment, the buyer is responsible for the full amount.

Legal Liability
Seller is not liable for health, safety, or any damage after delivery.
All disputes are subject to the laws of the seller’s state.
