To assure customer satisfaction we made this procedure as easy as possible. Warranty claims are processed through our technical department.
For all non-warranty (Replacement parts only — original parts are non-returnable) returns, please follow the steps below.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Parts must be unused, in original packaging and in new condition.
Installed or damaged items will not be accepted.

2. Package & Ship
- Write the RMA # clearly on the package
- Ship according to our team's instructions
3. After We Receive
- Refund — Full amount to original payment method
- Exchange — Replacement shipped immediately
Important Notes:
- Full credit only for uninstalled items in resaleable condition
- Customer pays return shipping for “changed mind” or “ordered wrong”
- ESIKS covers shipping for quality issues or wrong shipment
- PayPal refund: within 24 hours
- Credit card refund: within 5 business days
- Free shipping items = 100% full refund (no deduction)
