“You”, “your” refers to the customer
These conditions apply to all orders unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

1. Quotations & Orders

• Any quotation is an invitation to treat — not a binding offer
• We are not obliged to accept any order
• Once we accept your order (even without notice), it becomes binding
• These conditions override any terms on your purchase order

2. Cancellation & Returns Policy

No cancellation or return without our prior written consent.

• Special order / custom / used parts are non-returnable & non-cancellable
• Returns accepted only within 28 days of delivery
• Restocking fee: 0% within 14 days | 10% from 15–28 days | No returns after 28 days
• Return freight is always paid by customer
• Core deposits refunded only if part is complete and reconditionable

3. Ownership & Risk

• We retain full ownership of goods until paid in full
• Risk passes to you the moment goods leave our warehouse
• In case of non-payment or insolvency, we may enter your premises and repossess goods without trespass

4. Specifications & Warranty

• We may change specifications without notice if the replacement is equivalent or improved
• New parts: 12-month warranty against defects (or manufacturer’s longer warranty if applicable)
• Used / reconditioned parts: sold “as-is” with no warranty unless stated
• Warranty claims require return freight prepaid + original invoice
• Warranty void if non-genuine parts used or improper installation

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for:
• Consequential, indirect or special damages
• Loss of profit, data, goodwill or business
• Damage from unsuitable or improper use
Our maximum liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.

6. General

• Delivery dates are estimates only
• Force majeure events excuse performance
• These conditions may only be varied in writing by our authorised officer
• This agreement is governed by the laws of China
